Ingredients:
1 kg flour
750g sweet potatoes
25 g of baker's yeast
1 pinch salt
Water
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes, bake them in hot water and reduce them to puree.
In a big bowl mix the yeast with the water (150 ml +/-) and add salt.
Add the flour and mix them together very well.
Let the dough ferment for 2 to 3 hours.
Divide the dough into small portions and flatten them (on a floured surface).
Then bake the Bolo do Caco in a hot pan, on both sides.
While it's warm, spread garlic butter, chopped parsley and a little bit of salt.
